TIPS TO PREPARE

 
 
  • Always arrive 5-10 minutes before class time. Use the restroom if you need to and turn off your cell phone.
  • Remove your shoes and socks outside the door.
  • Please wear comfortable workout attire. Layers are best, as your body temperature changes throughout your practice. Be prepared to work in bare feet. If you have long hair you may want to tie it back.
  • Please shower before class & refrain from perfume until afterward.
  • We provide mats and towels, but we encourage you to purchase your own. Your mat is an important tool and a symbol of commitment to your practice.
  • Avoid practicing with a full stomach, and drink plenty of water before class to remain hydrated through your practice.
  • Yoga/Pilates is a process. Be consistent in your practice. Be patient and compassionate with yourself.
  • Practice often, 4-6 times per week for maximum benefits. 2-3 times per week will show improvement for most students.
 
 
 
 
 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

HATHA
Hatha Yoga classes provide a safe environment for beginning students to learn the correct form of the basic yoga postures. Basic postures are the building blocks of a healthy yoga practice. These moderately paced classes are ideal for those students who are beginning a yoga practice.

VINYASA
Connecting movement and breath in a continuous, flow-style yoga class that allows a deep connection into the heart and soul of the true self. Prior yoga experience required and/or understand the basic yoga postures.

CANDLELIGHT YOGA
This class will incorporate slow movements with soft openings and mind-body awareness into a slow, meditative, calm practice. Perfect for all levels wishing to slow down. Done by candlelight.

VINYASA ROCK
This class set to great music will connect movement and breath in a continuous, flow-style yoga class that allows a deep connection into the heart and soul of the true self.

INTRO TO YOGA
Postures are the building blocks of a healthy yoga practice. This class is ideal for students who are starting a yoga practice. Classical sun salutations, standing poses, forward bends and twists will be taught in this class.

GENTLE YOGA
Gentle yoga is a slower-paced class that is accessible to students of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. This class offers a safe and comfortable atmosphere to release, open and strengthen the body while calming the mind.

SLOW FLOW
A cross between Hatha and Vinyasa. Perfect for those looking for an intermediate class.

FAMILY YOGA
Ages 9+ is offered once a month on Wednesday's. Great for parents, kids & extended family members.

HOT YOGA
Take your body to the next level, please shower before class as you will sweat/detox. Bring a small towel and water to class. Arrive 10 minutes before class to get acclimated to the room. The heat warms muscles, joints, ligaments, and fascia, which allow you to work safer and deeper. Heat takes the trauma out of stretching and helps prevent and repair injuries.

PILATES MAT
Pilates is invaluable in developing muscular strength, endurance and coordination. While Pilates can be extremely challenging, it can be performed by anyone of any age or ability level.

UNLIMITED PAY PASSES
- Monthly Auto Pay: $130 (3 month minimum)
- Yearly Auto Pay: $1,350 (expires 12 months from date of purchase)

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
- 1 hour: $75
- Three 30 minute sessions: $175

YOGA 101
- Yoga 101 Workshop with free week of classes: $25
