PILATES REFORMERS  |   ALL LEVELS

The reformer is a machine you use for resistance as well as assistance. Sessions are 50 minutes. The benefits of the Pilates Reformers are:

1. Increased core strength - the core is comprised of the abs, hips, shoulders, obliques and muscles that support the spine.
2. Creates sculpted abs, legs and thighs.
3. Improved body awareness and posture.
4. Stress reduction.
5. Increased flexibility and balance.

HATHA   |   ALL LEVELS

Hatha Yoga classes provide a safe environment for beginning students to learn the correct form of the basic yoga postures. Basic postures are the building blocks of a healthy yoga practice. These moderately paced classes are ideal for those students who are beginning a yoga practice.



VINYASA   |   LEVEL 1 - 2

Connecting movement and breath in a continuous, flow-style yoga class that allows a deep connection into the heart and soul of the true self. Prior yoga experience required and/or understand the basic yoga postures.




CANDLELIGHT YOGA   |   ALL LEVELS

This class will incorporate slow movements with soft openings and mind-body awareness into a flowing, meditative, calm practice. Perfect for all levels wishing to slow down. Done by candlelight.





FITNESS YOGA   |   ALL LEVELS

This class will integrate your favorite strength, toning, and core exercises into a traditional yoga practice to see transformational results in both your body and mind.

 




GENTLE YOGA  |   ALL LEVELS

Gentle yoga is a slower-paced class that is accessible to students of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. This class offers a safe and comfortable atmosphere to release, open and strengthen the body while calming the mind.




SLOW FLOW  |   LEVEL 1 - 2

A cross between Hatha and Vinyasa. Perfect for those looking for an intermediate class and a transition to Vinyasa.





HOT YOGA  |   ALL LEVELS

Take your body to the next level, please shower before class as you will sweat. Bring a towel and water to class. Arrive 10 minutes before class to get acclimated to the room. The heat warms muscles, joints, ligaments, and fascia, which allow you to work safer and deeper. Heat takes the trauma out of stretching and helps prevent and repair injuries. Class is 80-85 degrees.



YOGA 101 WORKSHOP

Postures are the building blocks of a healthy yoga practice. This class is ideal for students who are starting a yoga practice. Classical sun salutations, standing poses, forward bends and twists will be taught in this class. We suggest you take this class in the first 30 days of your practice.
