BIO MAT THERAPY
Used before a massage, laying on the bio mat on massage table, filled with amethyst crystals to open up the energy and warm the muscles. This can be used alone as a treatment to relax, renew and rejuvenate your body and mind. If used as a detox it will be set at the hottest setting and you will perspire so bring appropiate clothing.

EAR CANDLING
Ear Candling is thought to have been around since the times of the Egyptians. The ear candle is placed in your ear and lit. When lit, the ear candle creates a gentle vacuum that helps to pull the earwax up into the candle. This method done about every six months is an inexpensive method to assist you to remove earwax. Many find ear candling helpful after colds or allergy season to help make the head and ears feel clearer.

IONIC FOOT BATH TREATMENTS
The pores on our feet being some of the largest on our body allow for the negatively charged ions to draw Heavy metals, Yeast (Candida Albacins), Joint Inflammation, Arthritis, Parasites, Lymphatic Congestion, Environmental Pollutants as well as assist the detoxification of the Liver and Gall Bladder.

RAINDROP THERAPY
Excellent therapy for Respiratory Congestion, Persistent Coughs, Bronchitis, Ear/Nose/Throat Congestion, Viral Infections, etc. Raindrop Therapy combines aroma therapy with the techniques of reflexology, massage and heat in the application of essential oils, which are applied on various areas of the body. Raindrop Therapy uses a series of organic essential oils along the back alternating with heat to penetrate oils into the lungs and spinal column burning off the viruses. Each oil is specifically chosen for its anti-viral, anti-fungal, and anti-microbial qualities.

SENSITIVITY SCREENING
Today, many functional or energy medicine devices are based on the traditional acupuncture meridian system. Acupuncture works on the principle that there is a network of energy channels, called meridians, suffusing the body. Different organs are associated with different energy meridians, and health problems in various organs and believed to manifest themselves as disturbances of energy in the associated meridians. Acupuncture points, or acupoints, are the points along these meridians where energy flow can be measured and manipulated. The MSA is a testing instrument which is used to measure resistance along these meridians to determine which foods or environmental factors cause imbalances in your vital energy.
How does MSA Sensitivity Screening compare to conventional allergy testing?
Many times the foods that we are consuming or the environmental factors that we are exposed to are making us ill. The MSA provides reliable information in screening for sensitivities overall. With the MSA, we are able to screen more items in a relatively short period of time. Clients who have undergone conventional allergy testing say that the results are comparable with the MSA. In some cases, items will show up in sensitivity screenings that do not show up on traditional allergy tests.

Sue is an international, award-winning author and energy therapist. She has a bachelor's degree in Environmental Biology from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, graduate work at Winona State University and Keller Graduate School of Management, and attended Trinity College of Natural Health. She is also a certified Natural Health Professional.

YOGA FOR WEIGHT LOSS
Let our staff assist you in developing a program to help you lose weight. Yoga can be used for reducing the weight efficiently. There are different breathing techniques as well, that are a part of the yoga experience, which can be followed to increase the body's metabolism. The exercises included in yoga for weight loss are comparatively much easier to do than the regular aerobic exercise, and at the same time, they are more efficient as well.

The benefits of yoga are extraordinary especially for individuals who work long hours and tend to have sedentary jobs. Yoga will energize your mind and body and rejuvenate your whole being.
We design our Corporate Yoga classes for all fitness and experience levels - beginners through advanced. These classes are typically one hour in length and generally take place during lunch hours or after work. We welcome the opportunity to share the wellness benefits of yoga with your employee's.

YOGA BIRTHDAY PARTIES FOR KIDS - $14 Per Child
Looking for something new or different for your children's birthday party? Host a yoga party.
A minimum of 8 children are required to hold a party. A maximum of 20 children allowed per party. Our Yoga for Kids Party includes a 1.5 hour party featuring 45 minutes to an hour yoga class, depending on age, presents and time for cupcakes or snacks, provided by you. It's a great way to introduce yoga to your kids
